Clearer path for new companies: create your account on the website first (you become the owner), set up wallets and invites, then sign in on the free iOS or Android companion app with the same email.
Mobile apps now explain they are companion apps. If you enter an email with no Sandooq account, you get a clear message and a link to create the company on the web — no more waiting for a verification email that never arrives.
Sign in and Create account on the web are easier to tell apart, with a clear tab switch and in-place guidance when the email already has an account (or doesn’t).
After you create a company on the web, a welcome prompt points you to download the companion apps for the field.
Notifications list text is easier to read on iOS and Android (dark text on a clean background, no washed-out green-on-mint).

Sandooq is live on Google Play for Android worldwide. Same free field app for drivers and staff — download it next to the App Store listing.
Company plans (Free, Standard, Business) are still bought and managed only on the website at app.sandooq.ae. The iOS and Android apps do not sell subscriptions.
Home after sign-in now loads your company right away on Android (and the same fix is ready for the next iOS App Store build), so you no longer see an empty company screen until you switch tabs.
Low-cash alerts. When a company or driver wallet drops to about 25% remaining, admins and accountants get an email, drivers are notified about their own wallet, and the mobile apps show an on-device banner.
In-app notification centre on the web, iOS and Android apps. Open the bell to see alerts, mark them read, and manage email and in-app preferences under Settings → Notifications.

Move cash between wallets. Take cash back from one driver and send it to another, or return it to the Company Wallet.
Undo a mistaken allocation. Recent standalone wallet moves can be reversed in one tap when the cash is still there.
Categories stay private to your company. Adding a category never affects other businesses on Sandooq.
iOS app: invite teammates from Settings, share CSV exports to WhatsApp and Slack, allocate funds with a confirm step, sort recent expenses by date, and attach receipts from camera, photos or files.
Privacy Policy on the iOS app now opens the marketing site at sandooq.ae.

Joining a team is simpler. An invite link now takes you straight to sign in, and once you're in you're placed in the right company automatically, with no extra setup and no chance of accidentally starting your own company.
Clearer sign in and sign up. The two are now visually distinct, so you always know whether you're creating a new account or signing back in, and your email is filled in for you when you follow an invite.
Every driver gets their own wallet automatically the moment they accept an invite (Standard and Business plans).
Clearer money wording. Adding outside cash is now Top up and moving cash to a driver is Allocate, so it is always obvious which one you are doing, and topping up and allocating together no longer risks counting the same cash twice.
Update receipts any time. Add, replace or remove a receipt photo whenever you edit an expense, straight from your camera or photo library, not only when you first create it (paid plans).
Consistent navigation across the app, with the Sandooq logo always taking you home from wherever you are.

Your Company Wallet is now front and centre on the home screen.
Allocations to a driver are capped to the cash actually available in the Company Wallet, so you cannot accidentally over-allocate.
More accurate balances. Removing a top-up now correctly reverses any cash you had sent on to a driver from it, so a driver's balance is never left overstated.

Company Wallet and driver wallets. Keep your cash in a central Company Wallet and give each driver their own wallet with a separate balance, so everyone's spending stays clearly separated (Standard and Business plans).
Top up and allocate in one step. When you add cash, choose to keep it in the Company Wallet or send part of it straight to a driver.
Assign a wallet to a driver right from Settings, Team, with quick links to add funds or view that driver's report.
Reports by wallet. Switch between all company activity and a single driver, with top-ups, allocations and expenses broken down by period and category.
Correcting a top-up now reverses its linked driver allocation automatically, so your balances always stay accurate.
Clearer loading feedback across the app, with spinners on every action so you always know when something is saving.

Edit or remove a pending team invite. If you typed the wrong email or picked the wrong role, you can now fix or delete the invite before it is accepted, on every plan.
Reports: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly totals for top-ups and expenses, with a spend-by-category breakdown (paid plans).
Correct a cash top-up. Owners and admins can edit a top-up's note, date or amount, or remove it.
Filter your history by expense category.
Clearer first-time setup. The first person to sign up becomes the account admin and assigns everyone else their role.
